Plain-English summary of how a booking works. These terms are a starting position and should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live.

Booking and payment

Sessions are paid in full when you book. Your time is only held once payment goes through.

Changing or cancelling

Tell us at least 72 hours before your session and we will move you to another time at no cost, or refund you in full. Inside 72 hours we will do our best, but the slot may not be refundable — the studio is only in each place for a few days.

If we have to cancel

If we cancel for any reason, you get a full refund or another time, whichever you prefer.

Your photographs

You get a licence to print, share and post the images we deliver, for personal use, forever. We keep the copyright, which is normal for photography.

We do not publish your photographs anywhere without a separate written consent from you.

Extra images

Any images beyond your package are charged at the price shown at the time you choose them. Digital files are not refundable once delivered.
